I am Hayley White, owner and founder of Sane Fitness. I initially qualified as a fitness instructor and dance teacher back in 2005 and have since progressed my training further to Personal Training as well as ante and post natal, fitness for mental health benefits, dance fitness, boxercise and lots more!  I believe that the start of living a healthy lifestyle is maintaining a strong, flexible and fit body. I can work with you to identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, and workout. I also have set meal plans available and am available to help make individual plans too. My approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. Call me today and let’s start training together!

Online HIIT Sessions 

I run online sessions via zoom which consist of different bodyweight exercises, from crunches to burpees, performed to timed music. It could be 30 seconds exercise with 30 seconds rest, or it could be the dreaded 50:10! Either way, it's a relaxed atmosphere and a great way to keep fit!
